Cancellation policy & refund

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must provide us with a clear explanation (eg B. inform a letter or email sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we will repay all payments we have received from you immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

Special instructions regarding the premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not located on a physical data carrier (such as: B. IPTV access data, M3U playlists or stream subscriptions) prematurely, if:

  1. You have expressly agreed that we will begin executing the contract (provision of login details / activation of the subscription) before the expiry of the cancellation period, and

  2. You have confirmed your knowledge that by giving your consent you will lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of the execution of the contract.

Refund policy (warranty & support)

We place great importance on the satisfaction of our customers. Should any technical problems arise that are caused by our servers and cannot be resolved within 48 hours, we offer the following solutions:

  1. Technical Support: Our support team is available 24/7 to resolve setup issues or app problems.

  2. Replacement access: In case of persistent disruptions, we will provide you with free alternative server access.

  3. Proportional refund: If the service cannot be used for reasons we represent, we will refund the remaining balance of the remaining term of your subscription.

Note regarding test access:

Refunds are not possible for free or paid test access (test accounts), as the service was fully provided with the test data.
